1. Subscription Creation
By subscribing on our website, you agree to a recurring billing cycle based on the plan you select. Your subscription starts on the date of your initial purchase and continues until canceled.
2. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, your renewal will occur on the 15th of each subsequent month or year.
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically by default. This means your saved payment method will be charged on each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription beforehand. An invoice for the upcoming billing cycle will be generated and must be paid to retain access to your subscription benefits.
4. Payment Failures
If a payment fails, your subscription will be marked as inactive and you will temporarily lose access to subscription features. Our system will automatically attempt to retry the payment several times at scheduled intervals.
Important: You are fully responsible for managing your subscription. Repeated failed transactions do not count as cancellations. If you plan to stop using the service, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription manually to avoid future charges or failed billing attempts.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not issue refunds for unused time or remaining days in a billing cycle.
6. Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription details—such as updating your payment method or canceling auto-renewal—directly from your account dashboard.
